THE EXPERIENCE

Day 1: Arrival, Enjoy an afternoon guided tour of Split old town.

Discover how the dynamic city of Split has evolved over the centuries. It offers a perfect blend of history and modern influences, and boasts museums, great architecture, restaurants, shops, and an abundant of markets. Begin with a stop at the open food market, where you can experience fresh local ingredients.

Continue to Diocletian’s Palace for a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was originally built as a residential summer palace for the Roman emperor.

The remaining afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure. You may wish to walk along the Riva (waterfront) to enjoy the ambience of this friendly city.

In the evening a special private dinner will be arrange with one of the best wineries in Croatia.

Day 2: Traditional Dalmatian village experience

After breakfast take a short ride to a small village just outside of Split. There you will take a tour of the (manu)factory where our traditional sweets are handmade, walk through the scenic botanical collection, explore the rich Mediterranean garden, and visit the olive oil museum and traditional family estate.

Awaken all your senses by tasting different varieties of homemade delicacies and award-winning olive oils in an authentic atmosphere. Taste a wide array of fresh cheeses, cured meat products and olive tapenades, great local wines, followed by a traditional meal at the tavern – all made from fresh, organic, and local ingredients.

Following lunch return to Split, free evening.

Day 3: NP Krka with private winery event

Following breakfast take an 1h drive to NP Krka. You will travel to Skradin where you will experience nature at its finest with a scenic boat ride into the park and explore the stunning Krka National Park, strolling among amazing waterfalls.

Your next stop Šibenik was Croatia’s first major coastal and coronation city dating to 11th century, but also a city where the most important Croatian king Petar Krešimir 4th ruled for almost 20 years.

We will take you through this medieval town and show you its most important sightings including the most valuable cultural monument in town, Cathedral of St. James protected as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Afterwards we will take a short ride to a nearby winery surrounded by vineyard for a private tasting/lunch event. Taste the local oysters and enjoy the open grill prepared lunch. Return to Split in the evening.

Day 4: Island of Brač-Food and Wine Discovery

After an early breakfast, you will take a short 50min ferry ride to the island. Throughout the day, you will discover the astonishing nature of Brač Island where you will get to know its gastronomic beauty, culture, and traditional way of living.


Your first stop will be a unique location among the olive trees where you will learn about olive oil production, taste the olive oil, and a selection of local organic products. After learning about olive oil your next stop will be an ancient stone village among the trees, used in history as a shepherd village during their yearly migrations, where traditional “peka” lunch will be served.

After lunch continue to Vidova Gora, the highest peak of Brac island and highest peak of any Croatian islands in general. From there you can enjoy stunning view of the islands such as Hvar, Vis, Solta and others, Dalmatian coast continuing down south to Dubrovnik and world-famous Golden Horn beach in small village of Bol where you’ll enjoy a wine tasting at one of the best wineries in Croatian. Return to Split in the early evening.

Day 5: Return home

  • Cancellation prior to balance payment = 50% loss of deposit.  Cancellation after balance payment = 100% cancellation charges.
